Magellan 3250 the best in GPS, finders and accessories

Super easy to use and great maps. I took advantage of Magellan's offer to update the installed maps. The maps were great before I did and excellent and fully updated after I did. Because of the emergency last night, I had to go to a new area and street that I was unfamiliar with. All I had to do was turn on the device, enter a new address, and go. A few minutes later I was at the front door. Another new area and road and my 3250 took me straight there! The sound is good, the streets are clearly named. This is not my first GPS but by far the best. The screen is bright and clear even in bright sunlight. I disagree with what I've read about poor or non-existent customer service. I had no issues with customer service and found them to be very responsive, although it appears I spoke to service reps overseas. They solved all my problems quickly and professionally, including updating my maps. If you're buying a new device, the current upgrade costs $10, but it's worth it. Interesting POIs are numerous and relevant. This is a great GPS that has everything you need. If it's not in this block, you most likely don't need it. I haven't tried the road service yet and probably won't.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Damaged
