Poor design - parts misaligned, parts missing
Two tubes, 2.3" diameter round on the inside and oval on the outside, were spot welded in a misaligned direction as shown in the photo. Axes don't match. , Bad design. One of the three screws is also missing. Disappointed, even at this price. Deserves zero stars.
