YuKaiChen: An Elegant Flop

As a DIY pro, I found YuKaiChen's products to be nothing more than a letdown despite their claims to offer the newest styles at affordable rates. Their website sold clothing, shoes, and jewelry, none of which met the standards for quality and sturdiness that one would associate with a fashion store. On YuKaiChen's website, the supposedly "newest styles" were just cheap imitations of high-end names. The fabrics were flimsy and felt as though they would disintegrate after just one use. And let's not even talk about the sneakers, which were uncomfortable and poorly made. Even worse, I received unhelpful and dismissive answers when I attempted to contact their customer service team to express my concerns. They obviously didn't think about their clients' needs or satisfaction. In general, I wouldn't suggest YuKaiChen to anyone seeking for high-quality clothing. If you're an expert DIYer like me, it would be preferable for you to make your own clothes and accessories rather than squandering time and money on the inferior goods this online store sells.

Pros
  • Reasonable Costs
Cons
  • The worst customer care ever
