Every time the computer was started, a system crash occurred. I disconnected the purchased RAM from the computer and it started working without system failures. I bought RAM as an additional one, so the system unit already had my RAM, bought in another store with identical characteristics. After installing working system memory in other slots, the computer worked properly. After adding one module of newly purchased RAM, the computer crashed. Ordered through Player ru. Now I will try to return it under warranty, I hope they will not refuse me. *ps I have a receipt, the product was not overclocked, complete set, factory seals are in place and have not been opened, there are no scratches and the whole package, Do you think they will return the product to me?
