I like how easy it was to use, and set up our first version. The customer support team were very helpful when we had questions or problems with setup. Some features are not as intuitive as they could be (ie - setting up reports). We're looking into using this software more once we've got everything working smoothly, but so far there haven't been many issues. Our biggest problem has been getting staff members who aren't technically minded to understand how to get things done in the system. It's hard to explain what you want from them because it isn't quite as clear cut as other systems. Using Prodsim smart to keep track of our inventory across multiple locations. This allows us to manage stock levels and order quantities easily.
