Disappointing with this brand

I've been getting these in a monthly autoship for a few months but recently ran out of the same brand. I used one yesterday and they weren't the same quality as the previous ones I've used. The floss was thick and not smooth enough to get out of the teeth I was trying to use and the brush end was bent when I first tried it.
