Advantages: The product is easy to use. I love how the spray tip fits and the button on top for detaching. It has three settings: normal (hard); soft (hardly felt) and a pulse that's just right! Improvements that could be made: 1. The water tank has a narrow opening at the tapered top. I think it would be better to remove the conical top so you can put your fingers in to clean and dry. I'm worried about mold growth and it's hard to get it out.2. I would like to see it smaller and easier to travel with. It seems too bulky to pack and I subsequently ordered another one for the trip. The design makes it difficult to clean the inside or back of the teeth. With hats or braces, it is important to reach the back. If I try "normal" flow it will be too strong to maneuver without getting hard flow into the sensitive areas of the mouth. If you set it to "soft" it's too soft and you can't tell if you're really cutting through every tooth. I used it with "Pulse" flow but I'm still not satisfied with the effect.4. The connector covering the holes that the charging cable goes in keeps popping out and I'm pretty sure it's only a matter of time before water gets in there and can short out. In general. . I gave a total of 4 stars. The product is good quality for the money and I'm sure it will last a long time. I've been using it for a month now, almost every night, and I haven't had to charge it.
