This is an excellent product! We've been using it for a few weeks and are very pleasantly surprised. We thought this device would work well in a meeting/small conference. We were able to use it in a large conference room (10 people) with great success. We didn't expect that, because the sound is a real problem in large rooms. ConferenceCam Connect microphones and speakers cover a larger area than specified. The video is crisp and the built-in compression processor takes the load off the laptop we use as a hub. We've seen better performance in our Zoom video conferences and the computer is able to display a better image on our larger screen thanks to the hardware support built into this Logitech device. Don't let the small size and low price put you off, this is a very powerful device and a real value. Another note: it is very easy. We bought a case for it, but for the first two weeks we carried it in the same bag we keep the laptop in. All of our conferences last less than two hours, so we did everything with the built-in battery, so we only have to use one cable to connect to the laptop. Highly recommend this winner.
