This camera is great when it works, but she nailed it. It became more and more unstable over the months I've been using it. Now the video very often lags a few seconds, and it often interacts strangely with my video conferencing software, producing strange color palettes reminiscent of cartoons. I'm willing to cut my losses and get something else which is a shame considering how much it costs.

This is an excellent product! We've been using it for a few weeks and are very pleasantly surprised. We thought this device would work well in a meeting/small conference. We were able to use it in a large conference room (10 people) with great success. We didn't expect that, because the sound is a real problem in large rooms. ConferenceCam Connect microphones and speakers cover a larger area than specified. The video is crisp and the built-in compression processor takes the load off the laptop…

Nice device, but Logitech made some weird and annoying design decisions. First, the device turns itself off after a while, requiring the user to press the power button on top to make it respond again. All of our other Logitech cameras (a BCC950 and PTZ Pro combo) basically go to sleep and wake up instantly when using a video-capable app, so we didn't have to get up from the conference room table and walk around the room to find a button to press. I work on a remote team so we have a lot of cameras and gear. This is a solid product. It has a built-in battery that lasts an hour or two for quick meetings. But the field of view isn't great for more than three people or so unless you can fit it at the end of a long table. If you want to use it as a personal webcam, it works great as long as you have the space. My boss has it on a shelf next to his desk and has a great view of him and the room.
