Product still can't be installed. The first thing I noticed when unpacking was that the filter does NOT have a chrome cover. The kit was missing the neck from the adapter to the inlet hose. After receiving the hose from K&N a week later, I find out that the adapter I received in the kit is for a different model and will not fit the 4 inch hose. The representative stated that the kits are packed according to the packing list and model number and that the person who packed them overlooked some parts and packed the wrong ones. Had much higher expectations for such a large company. Bad quality control. Tech support was excellent and customer service wasn't too bad. Waiting 2 weeks to install this due to missing and incorrect parts shouldn't be. Update: Now that I finally have all the missing and correct parts. definitely improved throttle response. It looks very impressive when the hood is open.
