Review on AX1500 WiFi 6 Router AX for Whole Home with Dual Band Wireless Mesh, 2 Gigabit Ethernet Ports 802.11ax, OFDMA, MU-MIMO, WDS, Adaptive QoS & Parental Control by Jeff Olson

I bought another product and after spending several hours setting it up as a repeater I gave up and decided to return it. I bought this product and expected the same result. At first I was impressed that it only took 2 clicks to set up the repeater. It was so easy that I actually rebooted the box and did it again just to make sure everything was fine. I installed this system in my nephew's house and the second impressive thing about this product is that his wife loves the design of the router. It matched her decor. The signal could be improved but it covered the area I needed. Update: I still think it has a nice design and is easy to set up, but I'm sorry to report that after 5 months it's working. It cannot handle more than 12 connected devices. It restarts or aborts the transfer. Disappointing. Have to deduct 2 stars. 2. Update: contacted customer service. Had to leave my room because they seem to be either very busy or understaffed. Anyway, within a few hours, I received a text message asking for a copy of my bill to be emailed. I handed it in on Friday. On Sunday I received an email offering a refund or buying a different router. I chose another router because I still think it's a good router. I'm waiting for the second router. The time will show. I have to improve 1 run because it was great customer service.
