Review on Proscenic Selective Cleaning: Effortless Navigation for Optimal Results by Justin Hill

6/25/21 - Okay I had to go back and revise my review because I realized my original was unfair (you can read my original below). So after giving him a chance (remember he's already 2.5 days old) I love this little guy! He started driving home when his battery died (about 10-15%) and then picked up where he left off. I had to empty the bin several times and found lots of pet hair and dirt, some leaves and even one of my baby's beaded bracelets! So there is a purifying power. He ended up mapping my whole house and now I can tell him through the app to clean specific rooms or spot clean. I won't lie, it was really nice to be back in a house that didn't need an immediate vacuum! Just to give you an idea of what Johnny 5 is up against: I have 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 small children and a husband (hehehehe) so his work never ends. I haven't used the swipe option yet, I'm sure I'll play around with it one day, but right now I'm not sure I'll ever use it. The noise level is just such that you look for it when you can't hear it (a bit like a kid. Just a lot quieter). I'm sure it will stop, but it's not loud enough to be annoying and it's not an uncomfortable noise. It still gets stuck under my cage because it's a bit too high, but I'll figure it out eventually. So I guess we'll keep it to ourselves! 06/24/21: "I am so sad. I was very happy with my purchase. chose this one on the day of Revain Prime. It seemed good value for money and the reviews were decent. But now when I tried to use it, I found that it won't connect to the dock when the battery is low. The connected app for your phone has very broken English and some serious features. I was planning to use it on the first floor of my house with hard floor and berber carpet. It's probably around 1,000 square feet (that's probably generous considering the area it would actually be released in.) But the battery isn't long enough to finish cleaning my house, which it needs to do before the mapping process ends. Keeps getting stuck under my cage because the virtual wall feature is either not working or I can't figure out how to use it effectively. I just cleaned my kitchen which works fine (at high power on a hard floor). Pooh."
