My seat belt is hitting my neck and causing me excruciating pain, I had a degenerative cervical spine and a torn shoulder many years ago and the seat belt is making the situation worse to the point where I can't take it anymore I even want to wear it, so I tried this mat. LOVE IT! We're just over 100* weather and it's still cool and comfortable, the seat belt doesn't cut into your neck, the extra pillow is pretty comfortable. only cons. I know it's there, it needs to be adjusted often as it tends to slip when you move it, and you have to manually adjust it when the seatbelt retracts. I am buying a few more for my husband both for his car and for some heavy duty strapping garden tools. I recommend it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the slip problem while driving.
