This headset is comfortable and has normal sound but after less than 2 weeks of use it started to randomly disconnect from my work laptop. The laptop is fairly new and I've tried plugging the headset into two different USB ports with the same results. It went from a once-a-day shutdown to multiple shutdowns every 15 minutes the next day. Now he's completely useless. My very old headset (at least 6 years old) doesn't have these issues, so I know it's not my USB ports. I'm sending it back and looking for a more reliable headset.
