The best gloves I have ever used. Versatility 10/10. The gold standard for sparring. But beware: do not use them 100% on tightly packed heavy bags. Get paid for it. About 90% max. Feel free to go all out for lighter bags. I'm in good shape but recovering from a minor injury to my wrist and sagittal ligament from hitting too hard on super tight heavy bags. These gloves are very responsive. Provides good feedback after a shot to know how to diagnose and prevent sloppy technique from developing. Would recommend 10/10 over all other gloves. Buy Velcro straps if you train alone. If you're training with a partner, get Velcro straps anyway. You don't want to waste time with cords
