This came with a melted cap when I opened the box. Thank goodness I noticed before I turned it on! I was afraid to use the other one in the box although it looks ok. When returning I opted for the replacement option but then I feared the product would be unsafe due to the damaged product I had received. Now I have no way of getting a refund but I canceled the replacement because I don't want to deal with unsafe cables. This is for my business and I can't risk it. If I had the opportunity to return the money, I would be happy! This is crazy and very scary! I don't even want to try what seems normal to me now.
