Overall I am very happy with the product as I can whip the dough and have it ready in fifteen minutes. Nothing beats freshly prepared. You can also make long noodles or pea-sized noodles, depending on how long it takes you to slide over the cutter. Clean the tool or at least dip it in water right away so the dough doesn't harden in the cracks. It cleans well in the dishwasher. Works well for a 6 quart pot leaving my hands free to pour batter into the unit. If your dough is a bit soft, such as B. thick pancake batter, you don't need to push it through the tool. Yes, it is a good noodle maker.
