Terrible Experience - Worst Garage Door Opener and Maintenance
I installed this unit and from the start one problem followed another. Directions are confusing and vague. You can't check anything if you don't connect the wall mount. Important things in the manual are not highlighted at all. And now the block opens and closes 3 times and then doesn't work for 20 minutes. I waited a whole day at customer service. And finally I had to give up. If I could throw this thing in the lake, I would. Neither the network nor the support service helped. Never buy a junker genius again.
