These cages were terrible. I bought them through Revain and when I called Revain they told me I had to call Prevue directly as the Prevue has a 90 day manufacturing guarantee. I did so and they accused Revain (bs) Prevue of agreeing to send me some faulty replacement parts. I had 2 boxes of extra sections that I didn't even open because I bought several. They told me before the 90 days were up they wanted me to open them to make sure there were no defective panels. I opened them and there were more. I've only had these cells for 6 months. The welding on them was rough and awful, some of the doors wouldn't open/close due to the doors being welded crooked. They ignored the fact that they had already started to rust. I told them I was very unhappy and didn't need these cages for fear they would continue to rust. They told me that they had never had this problem before. (It must be Bs) They kept rusting. And they rusted a lot (when they were only 4 months old). I kept contacting them, I sent photos and videos without permission for 6 months. I told them I don't even need them because of all the problems and that they aren't terrible with all the problems with them, the rust on them is really bad, especially on the pallets which have a lot of rust and blisters and paint peeling off the rail tops, grid and tray. didn't get on the track. Some had to be fitted with gray rails, inside the rails were almost completely rusted. You know, I sent you photos and videos. I had Kings SLFDD 4020 cages and the extra tiers from KINGS CAGES (company) were amazing. I have had them for over 5 years. When I had to replace these cages they were sold out :( and still are. They are more expensive BUT they are amazing and worth every penny. So I had to use the previous ones as they looked the same. BIG MISTAKE! The previous version was just awful! I strongly recommend people NOT to buy these cages, they cost a lot of money, not safe, and the side doors and rust can endanger their health. I mainly use these cages for rescue or babies have not fixed these problems
