I love this little microwave tray. It's great for reheating anything crispy in the microwave that might otherwise get a little wet on the bottom. This tray keeps everything elevated, allowing energy to circulate around the object being cooked or heated. Obviously it's for bacon and I found a way to quickly cook and peel bacon. Line this shelf with paper towels. Put bacon on it. Cover with extra paper towel. Don't forget to turn up all the edges of the paper towels to keep the grease from running or dripping in the microwave. Cook 1 minute for each slice. Perfect bacon, lots of fat soaked up and ready to throw away. Also, bacon grease doesn't brown on the grate, so it needs to be soaked or brushed. I have this little grill in our RV. It's perfect for us!
