I have struggled with carpal tunnel syndrome for many years. Most nights I am anxious and wake up with pain and numbness. Wearing a sleep corset solves the problem, but it only trades one discomfort for another. I've been using this device for a few weeks now and I've found that I don't get woken up as often at night. It took some practice to get the hang of it and I'm still having trouble getting it to work reliably with my non-dominant hand, but once mastered it's easy to use. Update: I've been using this spinner twice a day for over a year now. Although I still occasionally notice a slight numbness in my hands when I wake up in the morning, the improvement in carpal tunnel syndrome is significant. I no longer have to wear braces before bed and rarely wake up with pain and numbness. Now I can reliably "run” the ball with both hands. I don't have any numbers showing my grip strength has improved since using this lure, but I seem to be dropping things less often. Update 2: It's been almost exactly three years since I started using this bait twice a day. . Although I still have some issues with carpal tunnel syndrome, they are still trivial. Unfortunately, this weirdo seems to have lived his life. The rubber ring around the spinner that makes it easier to grab has started to stretch and slide. I also had trouble starting the spinner. Finally, I heard a crack as I tried to start the spinner. After that the thing broke badly. After three years of daily use, it's time for a new spinner. My new spinner is just as cool as my original. One improvement that has been made is that the arrows that indicate which way to spin the ball to wind the spinner are MUCH better visible on the new spinner. A great product just got better with just a tiny change.
