The slide topper arrived packaged well in a large cardboard tube. Installation instructions were included in package. We found there were only 16 screws instead of 17 for the rail that that is mounted to side of travel trailer and one of those was shorter than the rest. Not a big problem. After centering and mounting the rail and awning slideout brackets, we saw at the fabric on the roller was rolled toward one end when we went to put it in place. We had not removed the spring clips from the roller, so we took the roller back off and unrolled the fabric and centered it on the roller. We then rewound the fabric back on roller and remounted roller with fabric. It was fairly easy to do with two people, recommend looking at fabric position on roller before mounting and removing the spring clips. Also, the instructions show the trailer rail being mount with the screws on the upper side, if mounted on down side the awning covers the screws and keeps them out of the weather.
