I really like them and they are a great way to change the look of my watch but they are a bit difficult to put on and take off. They fit well and I'm worried about the protruding stem breaking when replacing them, but they will not come loose in any way if worn like other similar things I've bought. You have to remove the straps to put them on so the straps and tight fit will keep them in place so they will definitely protect your watch.
