The ease of use for our members is fantastic! It's so easy to see who has logged into their account or made payments within any given period - it really helps us keep track when things are going well as we can always check that they have paid up at least every quarter (or sooner if required). I would like more options regarding how often reports should be emailed out etc but this isn't something which could easily address itself by adding additional features/functionality from what i understand? At present there doesn’t seem an option other than set frequency ourselves via emailing each member individually with reminder emails sent directly through smartpension system. Also sometimes you get messages stating "you haven" t been added to certain lists yet even though its definitely possible because someone else had previously signed themself away before signing back onto my list again- not sure why exactly!? This was quite frustrating considering some people were paying attention during meetings where others weren'r listening properly due too being distracted.
