Review on NETGEAR RBK30-100NAS Orbi Whole Home Mesh WiFi System – Easy setup, Wireless Router Alternative, No WiFi Dead Zones, Compatible with by Ricky Lahoti

We had high hopes for this router. I've owned several Netgear routers and modems, both at home and at work, and have found their products to be exceptional. The Orbi didn't perform as promised, and actually delivered less coverage and slower, intermittent speeds than the three-year-old Comcast device it replaced. Poor performance persisted despite 2 sessions with Netgear support. What's even worse is Netgear's response. We asked to replace the Orbi with another equivalent router. Her answer was "no". They didn't want to trade it for any other model, even a cheaper one. Such lousy service, coupled with disappointing support and a product that never arrived, would have bankrupted most businesses.
