Review on Camco Self-Stor Step: Stabilize RV Steps, Prevent Movement and Swaying, Easy Storage (43671) by Jasneet Jazzy

Works as advertised. Saves me traveling with another step brace that wasn't permanently attached. Two things to pay attention to when installing: 1) Make sure to install in a place where the step can return to its original position. My step has a metal bar over the bracket which required some positioning checks before drilling the holes. This strip of metal gets in the way a bit, forcing me to install it further under the step than I originally thought I would install. Check and check again to make sure. 2) Make sure the pivot arm snaps into place if you have a stair mat that uses springs to hold it in place. It can snap into the retaining clips when a piece of carpet is inserted. I'd like to fit two in, but the metal support bar mentioned above doesn't allow for that as the step is also slightly curved. Everyone says it fits great and works great. More "reaches" to the floor than my other.
