I love that it is easy for parents to access when they need help with scheduling or payment reminders. It also makes keeping track of attendance super simple! There are some features we would like added but nothing major - just little things here and there (like automatic reminder emails). We have used this service since 2013/2014 at our daycare center in Central Texas. The ease of use was one thing that helped us decide on using prime child care as opposed to other services out there. Parents can log into any computer anywhere within minutes without needing an internet connection. This allows them to easily check schedules and pay bills from home if needed. Our clients appreciate how convenient it is because many times families do not always want to drive long distances to drop off children during school hours. Paying fees online instead of having paper checks mailed back & forth saves time and money too!! Not only does it save me.
