Review on Enhance Winter Traction: KONIG K-SUMMIT XL K56 Snow Chains, Set of 2 by Dennis Goozmer

I followed the T fitment guide for my 2006 RR Sport Supercharged with stock wheels and bought the recommended size (K56 in my case). Upon arrival, I took the time to test the chains in the driveway. I could not find the correct anchor bolt size from the 5 included in the set. Remember that the eyelet anchor is an essential component for attaching these chains to your bars. You cannot use the system if these anchors do not match your eyelets. I contacted Thule customer service, spoke to a representative and was told that "they should fit". According to her, the system is designed for nuts with an outside diameter of up to 22mm and no car has a nut with a larger retainer than that size. . Strangely, I decided to check the jam nut sleeve dimensions and found that the largest size in the set was 1.78mm, so the information I received from a customer service representative direct from Thule was also completely wrong and/or misleading. Another Thule rack dealer told me that I could order a different nut bushing as the K56 kit (recommended in the installation guide) does not include the largest size nut anchor. So, with this latest news, I returned them and asked for a refund and I will say that Revain was great. Do yourself a favor and spend a few minutes checking the OD of the nuts (use calipers) and check the contents of the chain kit before you buy, you will avoid disappointment or worse if you don't know when you will need them. that what you bought does not really fit your car.
