While it's not the fastest TB3 NVMe case out there, I was excited because it felt sleek and practical. A solid piece of metal casing that I can use without tools? Sign me up! But. The USB connector is countersunk and has two notches that prevent us from using a standard TB3 cable. Just look at the pictures. It also doesn't seem to sell any replacement cables that are compatible with it. What happens if I lose the cable or it breaks? Buy a new suitcase? Modify my existing cables to fit their totally non-standard connector? No thanks Sabrent. To me, that's a complete breach of the terms of the contract.
