I got this set after a long time Research and bought two of my own granite stone pans for my daughter's birthday. I was sure she would love them as much as I love my skillets; However, one of the smaller pans can't cook scrambled eggs without sticking. She has to use butter or butter so the egg doesn't stick to the pan. She didn't have the set long enough to test the scrambled eggs on any of the other pans, but was disappointed that she had trouble with the first course she prepared. I plan to help her with this test - it's probably just a pan burning the food, in which case I'm hoping the company will replace it. If they all stand out I will try to return the whole set.
