I love my set! It doesn't have a non-slip backing, but that's ok.I bought an under pad for it and it hasn't shifted on my floor at all (I have high-gloss laminate flooring). I have kids, a rambunctious large American Staffordshir Terrier and two cat.the set holds up to the abuse (owned for almost a year) without showing any wear and tear.I love the way it looks in my home. The colors were true to what you see online. I even bought an extra matching rug.no color differences from rug to rug, which I was worried about.Oh! The ends and corners lay flat. The trick is to roll it up in the opposite direction, once from each end.
