I had no idea what a cester was until I needed it. Found that cheese graters don't cut cheese when you need it, neither do vegetable peelers. This is a very efficient file to use to quickly work with lemon zest when you need flavoring for a recipe. I love the little brush that comes with the kit to get the highlight off the bottom of the file. Comfortable to hold by the handle. Can't say enough good things about it. thank you for not knowing what i needed.
