I didn't want to buy one of those disposable cutters. I've bought a lot from local stores and they last 3 months max. At this point, the plastic breaks, the blades rust, or the whole thing falls apart. I was willing to pay a little more but didn't want to go broke for outfits like Pampered Chef etc. It was perfect. I like 12 discs instead of the 8 I've seen on Revain. I don't have to dislocate my jaw to eat a bite, and colleagues don't have to wait 5 minutes for me to chew when they have questions! Highly recommended!
