Thin, damaged, not flat, curled edges
Items inside were warped, warped and had grease on the rounded edges. The napkins were of a thinner material than previous orders. Short answer: They don't come flat, they come with damaged edges and will damage unused cloths. This is for a home environment and I don't think I can pay such an expensive price for thinner damaged cloths. We both used flat napkins but couldn't this time.
