I am someone who enjoys entertaining guests and decorating my home, so I was delighted to test out WATINC online store because of their collection of toys and games, outdoor decor, and decorations. In addition, WATINC has a great selection of outdoor furniture. My experience with the company, on the other hand, did not live up to my expectations in any way. To begin, I had a hard time navigating the website because it was so complicated. Due to the poor organization of the products, it was difficult for me to locate the specific item that I was seeking. In addition, the website's search tool did not work correctly, which meant that I frequently had to look through pages of things that had nothing to do with each other in order to discover what I required. After a long search, I was relieved to find the things I was looking for, but I was disheartened to discover that the quality was subpar. The patio furniture that I bought was weak and broke easily, and the decorations were constructed of cheap materials and disintegrated in a short amount of time. Even the toys and games that were advertised as being of a high quality were lacking important components and had instructions that were difficult to understand. In addition, the process of shipping was a complete and utter nightmare. The delivery of my products took a great deal longer than I had anticipated, and when they finally arrived, several of them were broken. The fact that customer service did not respond to my requests and was not helpful contributed to my frustration. Overall, my experience with WATINC's online store was one that left me feeling a great deal of dissatisfaction. My purchase turned out to be a mistake due to several factors, including the muddled and unhelpful website, the subpar quality of the goods, and the awful service I had during shipment. This is not a store I would recommend, so if you are looking for something to satisfy your needs in terms of amusement and decoration, I would suggest going elsewhere.
