Good quality, with calibration certificate.

Although I have not had the opportunity to use a torque wrench, I have been very impressed with the build quality. This model has a longer range than most and doesn't fit all of my bikes it was designed for. It came with a certificate showing the calibration accuracy was less than 2%. Note that this type of tool requires yearly calibration and there aren't many places that do it. I expect it will cost about as much as replacing a device after shipping or a trip to find such a service. It's possible to do a calibration check on a workbench, but it's not as accurate. Just search for videos or tutorials online.
