I bought a pixel phone on day one and haven't seen all the accessories in the google store since I bought it. That being said, I was well aware of all the issues with USB-C cables and chargers and the need to have them tested by Google engineers like Benson or Nathan. Since this particular model (15W wired) is sold on the Google Store, I felt confident that it had been tested by Google and found fully compatible. The cable works exactly as advertised and charges my Pixel phone quickly. You can use your phone on the go without worrying about battery life. The cable itself is quite thin so I would be careful how you use and store the charger in the car. It includes a warranty of up to $2,500 to repair or replace connected devices if the charger damages it for any reason. All in all a great product.
