Very good torque limited driver

I work as a solar and battery installer. Manufacturers are very demanding that cables, connectors and other devices are subjected to a specific torque. I like this tool as it limits torque rather than indicating torque because it prevents applying too much torque if you are not paying enough attention to it. My boss spent more money on the Wiha and we immediately compared the accuracy. They are so close together that even in the upper part of the range they cannot be distinguished by hand. They sent a calibration/test sheet stating my driver was about 1.5 inches more than advertised on the mid and high levels, and only 0.8 inches per pound more on the low end. I simply tweak the setting to match the manufacturer's settings, so it's very easy to bypass (even if necessary, most manufacturers list a torque range of 5 in-lb, YMMV). It was a little hard to see what the scale of the line was, on mine it's slightly below the horizontal reading when zero meets the center line for the pound scale. Once I figure it out, it's easy to see, and there are 20 inch pounds per turn of the knob. Time will tell if it will hold up like the much more expensive Wiha. According to the manual/sheet, it needs to be calibrated after 30,000 clicks, so it will probably take a little over a year for me. I will update this if needed otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.
