Worked great for 3 months but then the cartridge in the handles broke. As a result, you cannot turn off the water. I had to call a plumber to diagnose. The company also won't sell the parts themselves, so we're forced to buy new ones. Save yourself the headache and money of having to pay a plumber for a second job and buy a better one at your local store. The company has refunded the money for the faucets, but this does not cover the cost of buying new faucets and running them a second time.
