It's a necessary part for an outdoor sprinkler system at an outrageous price.
I don't blame Revain for the high price as it was close to other sellers and I enjoy doing business with them. However, the amount charged ($25) is more than what you get. The entire brass valve assembly is only $100. These are consumable items and if they break they will need to be replaced, but the price borders on gouging.
