Great for the price
Used this to hang a fairly heavy 40 inch JVC TV and had no problems with it. Considering the price, 5 stars seems reasonable, but there are a few caveats: Adjust the height of the system going through both tubes, which means you'll need to run cables with large plugs before tying everything up. Setup changes in the passage of time. Vertical adjustment requires removing the TV and repositioning the screws. The up/down tilt is only partially adjustable, and the clip that holds it feels a bit flimsy.
