Pairing was easy. That's the only good thing I can say about this headset. Although this too was done with a caveat. The device did not have the same name that was listed in the instructions when it appeared in my phone's Bluetooth list. The people I called couldn't hear me at all. The sound quality on my part wasn't very good either. The headset is really not very comfortable. It felt too loose, but in fact the ear pads seemed too small. I am a medium sized woman. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because the packaging was good, it arrived on time, and apart from the wrong device label, the instructions were clearly written. I ordered it for work from home. and I think I'll have to resort to my playstation headset instead.
