I was delighted to discover Penker's online shop as a music enthusiast in my search for high-caliber musical instruments and accessories. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing encounter with this store. The website's interface was initially imprecise and disorganized. It was frustrating to have to spend so much time looking for the particular item I was looking for. When I did locate what I was searching for, I discovered that crucial information like the item's dimensions and weight was missing from the product description. However, I found that the quality of their customer support to be their biggest weakness. I got an email confirming my order, but it contained no information about shipping. I made several attempts to get in touch with their customer service department, but both my calls and letters went unanswered. Prior to getting my order, which was damaged and missing some accessories, I had to wait for more than a week. Overall, I had a terrible time purchasing at the Penker online store. I won't ever return to this store and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this shop.
