One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

Purchased for a total of 6/128 and 8/256. Who cares about read/write speed, take 256, because the manufacturer, having put in the same type of memory, decided for some reason that 6/128 should write and read it a bit slower (the difference is not considerable and is only evident when comparing both devices head-to-head).
