I bought this on a whim. I started looking around for backwash sprinklers and someone mentioned they'd like to take them with them. Then I looked for a wearable device and found it! I saw a review that said you buy the Japanese version of the SKU and save $30. So I did. Crazy gadget but I think it really works. This is a mini tube for your mouth and it feels good. really good! Just pour warm water before you sit on the throne and look forward to a mini spa treatment where the sun doesn't shine. The kit even included a carrying case, battery, and instructions in Japanese. But as it only has one button and one slider for a little more water (5 holes) or less - they claim 3 holes is a stronger flow but for me it doesn't matter. I can recommend it even after using it twice.
