This pan is super versatile and I've been cooking constantly in it for a few weeks now. It washes up beautifully (dishwasher safe) and cooks foods evenly.I really like the steaming basket for this pan shape. Normally it's smaller round pots that have the steaming basket, but with this wider pan I'm able to steam more veggies at a time and more evenly.This really is an everything pan when you consider you can do everything from deep fry fish to bake rolls and steam veggies in it. I've been using it for a few weeks and the pan still looks brand new. No issues with the non-stick at all.I love that Ninja found a way to get this pan to do everything, and even be dishwasher safe. Frequently cookware that comes in different colors can't be put in the dishwasher, but this piece can. They found a way to make a non-stick that works well, doesn't chip and you can even deep fry with. They made it worth the price!
