Works well but too expensive.
I use it for soft materials like 3D plastic (PLA) and it works well. Doesn't clog as easily as sandpaper of the same grit and leaves just as many scratches. The price is on the high side. It appears to be very similar to the Z-Lion 37C-A available here at Revain and elsewhere.
