I am an ardent hunter and fisherman, so I was delighted to check out the online store that MaxNova provides for all of my fishing and hunting equipment requirements. Even after I was eventually connected to a representative, the person I spoke with was impolite and unable to answer any of my questions. I got the impression that my call was an inconvenience for them. In general, MaxNova does not provide the kind of high-quality outdoor gear that I would suggest to everyone. Their range is quite limited, their prices are outrageous, and the quality of their customer service is just atrocious. Try not to give yourself a headache and go shopping somewhere else instead.
