I have a Vera Plus Z-Wave smart home. I'm building a big playground with benches instead of railings and I've attached hanging fairy lights to the benches. I have checked all components and everything works fine. During finishing work I screwed a screw into the lighting wire and shorted everything out. I blew the fuse in the headlight and turned off the GFCI switch. What didn't explode was the switch. I had to replace the cord light part, reset the fuse in the cord light and the switch. But this switch never complained and survived my stupidity unscathed. So this is a smart switch smarter than me. LAUGH OUT LOUD. But seriously, it connected to my system quickly and easily and now does its job reliably on a regular basis. I highly recommend this.
