Review on 🚗 Efficient Vehicle-mounted Electric Winch: WARN 92000 2000 Series 12V DC Utility Winch with 1 Ton Pulling Capacity by Todd Markel

The product was purchased used and in good condition. I've gotten a lot of things like this from Revain and it's always worked for me so far. The $10 saved item arrived with all its parts, the box was a bit torn. So mostly a good deal. Why 4 stars you ask? Well Amazon seems to think it's a good idea to pack things this heavy together with other items lol no it's not. The box in which they assembled this 30 pound winch and another item was destroyed when they arrived. Common sense might tell you not to pack heavy items with other things, but I guess you're new to shipping. There was no other item at all because the box was badly dented, who's to blame? Well, it doesn't matter. Revain has credited me for the lost item and I am ordering a new one. The winch is good although it's a pretty heavy little thing I've used on a TV show plow and it works great. The battery doesn't seem to be draining much. Only 2 5/16 robots to assemble which surprised me for a 2000 lb winch but snow plow and tv are fine. The remote connector doesn't seem to latch, but I think it needs to be removed after each use on the TV, although that's not exactly what you want, so some black tape solves that problem. A good winch for the price, of course, although I'm happy with the purchase
